JCZ SERIES BRAKES
Porpose
JCZ series Brakes are used as operational elements of MZS series Braking Electromagnets,and used for mechanical braking in the equipment of the lifting,traveling crane,windlass ands so on.



1.JCZ series AC brake are a mechanical braking device which can stop the gyration machine by friction.The corre-sponding brake moment can be operated by the the electromagnet and its number can be adjusted by the spring.
2.The brake is mainly made of base,brake boot,adjust rod and spring.The axle pin connects the brace boot with brace,and also connects the brace with base,And the main spring is installed on the top of thebrace.
3. When the electromagnet tis electrifide to bring adiust rod move toward the right-about,the spring pressure of the main spring will press tightly the brake boots ong the braking wheel to make the machine stop operation.
4.The material of the working surfae of braking brake boot is the asbestos-braking material.
5.This kind os brake dose not equip the electromagnet.The customers shall buy the electromagnet additional according to the type.
