MYT3 SERIES ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC THRUSTERS
Porpose
MYT3 Series single pusher power gydraulic driving units is developed on the basis of national condition,which takes the advanced design of the products at home and abroad as reference.It is provided with the advantages of safe and reliable operation,rapid and stable action,easy maintenance and low prie.The praticability and versatility are superior.The products conform to the requirement JB/DQ454516,and protective class of the outer casing is IP54(GB4208-84)
The products are widely used in the industry of lifting,transportation,metallurgy,mine,port,construction and building meterials as ariving unit in mechanical braking,It can also be used as power source of other moving mode,such as reaction,vibration and circular motion,etc.
The electric motor is three phase AC asynchronous motor,conform to GB755-85.The insulation class is Class E.
The operating condition is as below:
1.Continuous operation S1,keep iperation S3,load endurance rate FC=40%
2.The rated frequency shoule be 50Hz,rated voltage should be 380V(three phase AC voltage)
3.The elevation of the operation site should conform to the standard GB755-87.
4.The temperature of the ambient environment should be within -20¡æ¡«40¡æ.And the relative humidity shoule be less than 90%
5.Ingenerla,the products should be installed verticaly.The connecting block of the piston rod should be turned up.The gradient should be less than 90%.
6.The products should be used in the circumstance without explosion.And the medium should be without discharge dust and the gas which will corrode metal and destroy insulation.
